Tap @ De Prael. Orange golden color, cloudy. Grassy aroma and flavor with grapefruit and pineapple. Typical Nelson Sauvin. Soft yeasty notes. Red berries. Nice!

Cask @ In de Wildeman. Opaque murky yellowish color, small thick off-white head. Smell and taste yeast, slightly some sourness, funky, lightly some bitter and some hops. Medium body and carbonation.

Tap from Oersoep @ de Prael. Hazy golden color, medium head. Aroma of loads of fresh hops (like you get them out of the package before boiling). Bit grassy, quite fruity and flowery. Some funky notes complete. In taste it’s actually quite bitter, but nicely rounded off. It’s almost like Orval meets IPA. Wonderful stuff.

On tap @ De Prael during the 2nd Brett fest in A’dam, with joes, caesar, borrestein, TheJvd etc. Nice golden blonde color. Off white head. Aroma’s of fresh hops, (tropical) fruit, somewhat herbal. Much more fruit retronasal, lychee, some bitterness and light brett tones. Moderately bitter flavor. Light bodied, quite high carbonation. Good bitter finish. Highlight of the festival for me.
