Bottle. Golden color, cloudy. Wheat, banana and a hint of butter in the aromna and flavor. Hint of orange. Medium to full bodied. Soft herbal notes. OK.

500ml bottle. Hazy, amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, yeasty fruity aroma, notes of banana and pear, hints of baked apple, some clove, a minimally phenolic touch. Taste is sweet, yeasty fruity, notes of pear and banana, hints of baked apple, a minimally bready and biscuity malty touch as well. Slightly too sweet.

500ml Bottle - Hazy dark amber/light brown. Banana, caramel and sultanas in the aroma. Banana, caramel, marmalade and sultanas all feature in the slightly tangy taste. An enjoyable weizen bock.

Draft at the brewery during the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours cloudy, rich gold with a thick, white foam head. Very rich, with plenty of sugary wheat bread, ripe banana. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation and creamy texture. Sweet finish, with more sugary wheat, white bread, light citrus meringue. Good one.

On at Kitzmann Erlangen. buttery aroma some ripe banana. Some alcohol burn .just nasty. eek . over carbonated.

Day 2 of the Bamberg Jolly 25/01/2014. Tap at the brewery. Opaque bright gold colour with a white frothy head.Aroma is berry, and nice clove and banana pnenols. Flavour is sweet banana, banoffee pie, dought balls, Palate is sticky sweet.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes orangegelbes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch intensiv hefig fruchtig, Geschmack sehr hefig, fruchtig, bananig, leicht würzig, leicht alkoholisch.

On tap. Hazy deep orange body, off-white head. Huge banana character in the aroma escorted by honey and peach maybe. Taste of banana, honey and a bit of peppery booze. Quite sweet beer, but I don’t mind. I like it.
