Light-yellow Pilsener color of 6 EBC units, very pleasant hoppy smell thanks to the finest Hallertau aroma hops, ideally rounded despite the for a Pilsener high original wort of 12.8%, fine pearly carbon dioxide development, resulting in a very fine recipe, long-lasting foam, very stable.

330ml bottle [Thanks Maddie for this one!]. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Mildly grainy and strawy, pale malty aroma, bitter hoppy overtones with cautious grassy-spicy touch. Taste is moderately bitter hoppy, minimally strawy, pale malty basis with subtle sweetness and minimally grainy touch, grassy hoppy spiciness. Well carried out, classic Pilsener.

0,5 l bottle. Clear golden in the glass, fine off white head. Grassy nose. Taste starts with malt and a load grain, straw. Everything like expected. Surprisingly more hop bitterness than other bavarian Pilsener. But in the end nothing special, still a Pilsener.
