Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass deep golden, almost copper coloured. Small head. Spicy malty aroma. Starts quite sourish, malty, woody notes. Some herbal hints as well. Fruity notes of lemon, some grapes. Finish more balanced, sourish-malty. Mild bitter background. Interesting one!

Fruity sour beginning. Nice intense, lots of fruity Apricots. Deep sour horse blanket, mild smooth finish, fruity funk in the tongue. Nice fruity finish.

A clear golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of sour apricot, pear, pale malt. Taste of tart apricot, lime, pears, no carbonation, refreshing.

Bottle shared at the annual hop harvest in Vál. Pours opaque goldenish with white head. Nose is big funk, leather, barnyard, brett notes with a hint of apricots. In taste the fruit is also subdued to the mixed culture but this latter is also pretty interesting in itself. It brings the said leathery, funky barnyard notes, somewhat sour, but more tart, the fruits provide some sweetness too, but not much. Also pretty dry. Light bodied with average to high carbonation. Tasty.

Mad X tasting. Yellow clor with white head. Sour fruity aroma. Taste, apricots, lime, funk, fruity sourness.

Bottle at a tasting. Slightly more acetic than peach - more similar to the clean Funk. Apricot is also even more subtle than peach. We have a clean return to the Funk here, all out barnyard horsey character. Good but not great.
