Fresh, round, vegetal, and thirst-quenching. From the Normandy terroir, this dry cider is made from ten selected varieties of cider apples.
It boasts a golden-orange hue and a very fine mousse. On the nose, a vegetal character enhanced by a floral note and a touch of stewed fruit. On the palate, well-balanced acidity combines with a delicate roundness. Aromas of dried hay, beeswax, and cereal provide a lovely finish. Its sparkling freshness adds a pleasant vivacity to each sip, leaving a refreshing impression.
Enjoy as an aperitif; with fish, seafood, game, poultry, rabbit, beef, meats in sauce, foie gras, or even tart red fruits and strong cheeses.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a misty gold, some foam atop. Aroma of cider barn at harvest. Quite dry with a gently sour natural rustic side, soft tannic undercurrent. Lovely, typical of this part of Normandy.

Golden color with minimal white head. Ripe apples in aroma, clove. Taste, semi sweet apples, clove, wood. Simple but nice.
