The beer that started it all. Dr Jones was the first beer we brewed in 2014 and it is still in our core range. Brewed with Pale Ale and a bit of Caramel malt for the color and body and hopped with fruity Mosaic and resiny Chinook hops to create a multilayered but very drinkable beer. In a world full of New England and milkshake IPAs, it’s a breath of fresh air. A beer that will never go out of style.

From the ex Mugi shop, Bussigny. Opening this can, yesterday, so hot like a hot cauldron, at the end of the afternoon. Good and solid ipa, really smooth, malty, sweet, fruity, note of pineapple, tropical, good bitterness, citrus, 12.07.23.

Can at home. Ugly darker orange color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, some citrus maybe? Hmm not convinced tbh. Average at best.

9/11/2020. Can courtesy of martjoobolut, cheers Mart! 6.5% abv. Pours slightly hazy pale amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, pomelo pith, sweet orange, caramel, malt, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Sweet, slightly spicy finish. Quite enjoyed this.

Golden colour, small white head. Piney, fruity aroma, even a bit spicey. Medium-bodied. Tropical fruits, pine and resin in the flavour. Quite typical Chinook-brew.
