Dark golden, hazy body, with a big, fluffy, rocky, lacing, white head.
Aroma of spices, elderflower, lemon, grains, some citrus, some grass.
Tastes similar, quite salty and fresh.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, salty, citric, floral, spicy, a bit bready.
Nice one. Very easy and fresh, with well dosed salt and sourness. Enjoyed their last year’s Gose more though, which was more on the sour, funky side, while this one is quite dominated by the elderflower. Still a really nice summer beer.

Tap at brewpub.Orange gokden color with small white head. Nice.sour aroma.with elderflower. Taste, sour, spicy, elderflower. Light sweetness in finish. Very good.
