500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy, pale malty and minimally grassy, hoppy aroma, a touch of spelt and silage. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty, mildly bitter hoppy, a touch of honey. Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth, soft and silky palate, medium to fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather simple and monotonous, but well balanced sweetness, nice creamy mouthfeel - OK.

Bottle picked up from Globus Getränkemarkt, Plattling and consumed at home Friday 25th November 2022 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music, we have Isobel with us tonight and we're having a Spinach and Ricotta Lasagne for tea. Pours clear warm gold with a white head. Malty from the off, a little bready, soft carbonation, a little honey sweetness. Good.

Bottle. Blonde. Malty floral notes and butter in the aroma. Malty floral buttery flavor. Diacetyl. Disappointing.

Bottle: Golden, a bit unclear, smaller lacy and stable white head, bisquity-woody nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and chewy; bisquity and woody - again - finish. Fine beer from a fine brewery.....

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately sweet and slightly strawy (cara-)malty aroma with herbal and subtle fruity hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly strawy cara-malty taste with a discreetly hoppy background; sweet and shy bitter hoppy finish. A typical German Festbier without any particular ups and downs. Close to Winterfestbier, if not identical. 31.XII.11

Bottle. A clear, slightly pale golden beer with a white head. Pale malts and dms on the nose, rather uninteresting, but not foul. The flavor is sweet, malty and a bit fruity, releasing some bitterness towards the end. Quite sweet on the palate but dries up. I like the bitterness in this one, else it’s a waste of ingredients. 090822
