Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- sweet, candies, touch of chocolate. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, chocolate roasted malts. Fuller bodied. Pretty average.

Bottle @ Home. Pours black with a nice sized tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, cocoa, chocolate, little smoke. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, rich malty, caramel, coffee, wood, little smoke, little tartness, little alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, little alcohol warmth. 7-4-7-3-14. 300617

Tap at 20 pip. Alcohol hidden well, relatively thin bodied and easy drinking (in actuality med body). Mostly malty, rich character, cocoa, light roast, coffee. Relatively dry. Good one.

Tap at 20 pip. Dark. Own color with medium beige head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malt, licorice. Taste, coffee, licorice, light sourness, dark chocolate, alcohol.

Aroma: Light roasty, light cocoa.
Appearance: Opaque black color. Medium, creamy, brown head.
Taste: Medium sweet, light cocoa, chocolate.
Palate: Medium body. Dry finish.
Overall: Pleasant, drinkable. Quite light for 20°.
