# 443; 9/2016. Docela povedený ale, ale charakteristiky Apolla příliš nevystupují. Tropické ovoce, kořenité až bylinné, mírně pryskyřičné a pálivé (chilli), mírně ulpívající hořkost.

Bottle 0.5l. Cloudy, orange colored. AROMA- sweet, fruity pulp, apricots, mango, strawberries, carrot. FLAVOR- neutral, pleasantly bitter, fruity pulp again. Medium bodied.
Very good.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with an creamy offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, bitter grassy hops, citrus, lemonpeel, little piney. Flavor is light sweet, rather bitter, malt, little caramel, grassy, citrus, pine. Medium body, average carbonation, lasting bitter finish. 310816

Tap at Zil verne. Unnecessary amount of caramelization going on, which obscures the hoppiness. Really not letting Amarillo shine, the hops can shine much better than here.

Tap at Žil Verne. Orange golden color with thick white head. Aroma of ripe oranges, tangerines, light zest. Nice citrus fruity hoppy taste with oranges, tangerines, zest, pines. Solid malty backbone. Long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Aroma: Sweet, jam-like.
Appearance: Light hazy, golden color. Minimal, white head.
Taste: Medium sweet, malty, caramel, fruity jam hops, light bitter.
Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.
Overall: Ok IPA. I like that jammy hop character.
