440ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Poured a clear copper colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a smooth, malt, toffee, nutty, light herbal, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A great example of the style.

Can. Brown with a frothy cm of off white head. Aroma of bread, some dark fruit, singed toffee, orange peel. Getting towards medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Malt flavours have some depth but little sweetness and a dry, spicy and snappily bitter finish gradually grips. Not trying to do anything fancy but gets the balance right.
