Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Pear and cinnamon in the aroma. Grainy flavor, thinnish with pear and cinnamon. Sweetish.

33cl bottle.

19/04/2011 33cl bottle @ Waregemse Bier Fanaten - BB: 12/2011 (2011-157)

Little cloudy blond beer, white creamy head, unstable and adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of cloves, a little fruity and somewhat sweet. But hard to smell anything else than the cloves. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: cloves, lots of cloves. A little bit sweet and some hops. Aftertaste: you might never guess... yes! Cloves again! Some citrus, a medium bitter dry finish. The beer is totally unbalanced and I couldn't finish it. :(

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours yelow with a slight haze and a white head. Very perfumy coriander aroma - almost hand soap... Medium body, perfumy - very - with some spicy astringency. The extra spices hasn’t done this any good. 161010

Good, collapsing white head, over well-carbonated golden beer with a light verdigris sheen. Fruity aroma with lactic acid suggested, and some exotic spice or herb. Citrussy, milky, perfumed, but nice! Taste is more spicy, no acidity discernible, very little sweetness, resulting in a rather neutral main taste.Touch of ginger and lightly citrussy-peppery. Light MF, well-carbonated to spritzy; refreshing. The nose promised more. Not bad, however, certainly not for a witbier.
