Draught as Mikulášské hnědé at the Pivovarská restaurace, Děčín. At first I have to remark there was something wrong with my beer. It wasn’t in good condition. So aroma was really unusual, like some meal, roasted yeasts, toasted grains and seeds. Little cloudy, copper colored, moderately carbonated beer. Flavor was full, intensive and very odd, too. Roasted yeasts, toasted seeds, some malt, grains and nice hop bitterness.
Strange, but still good. I like it.

Handbottled from Richtar Jakub. Dark brown color with medium off-white head. Roasted malt, citrus hops in aroma. Taste, Roasted malt, chocolate, followed by nice portion of grapefruit hops. Grapefruit hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Tap at RJ. Aroma is roasted and hoppy. Hazy deep amber-brown colour. Stable off-white head. Taste is well balanced. Rather bitter, roasted and hoppy. The hops flavour is restrained, citrusy. Thick body, chewy mouthfeel. Easily drinkable.

Clear very dark ruby brown colour. Huge creamy beige head. Aroma floral hoppy, some coffee, very light roasty. Taste is light heavy bitter coffee and hops, roasty tartness. Minor initial malty sweetness. Long bitter roasty, almost ashy finish. After a very long while the hops reveals itself in the finish. Good balance. Very nice beer.
