Bottle @ De Prael. Blonde. Passion fruit and soft herbal notes in the aroma. Sour flavor, slightly herbal. Fantome Saison and Lambic give a Good mix, in which the lambic dominates.

From bottle at Cantillon. Big thanks to whoever brought those Bokkereyder bottles!! Light hazy yellow golden color with white to off white head. Yeasty aroma, funky, barnyard, grassy, citrus, spicy, some wood. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Light to medium almost oily body with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle at ’De Prael Proeflokaal’ during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Clear, golden yellow. Sourish-fruity, slightly funky and a bit floral aroma of lemon, hints of peach and some straw. Slightly sourish, fruity and slightly funky taste of lemon, gooseberry, some peach and hints of straw, followed by a medium long, quite tart and dry finish. Medium body, quite astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really nice!
