Hold that thought, I'm just going to the bar, be right back! A classic super refreshing German-style pilsner brewed with a not-so-classic blend of English hops.

BRB is the culmination of everthing we've learned about lager brewing, and a belief that high quality UK hops can be used to delicious effect.

Brewed with German Pilsner malt, a touch of wheat, Fuggles and Target hops from @brookhousehops (trust us, it works so well) and fermented with Swiss lager yeast.

Can from LCB, consumed 2 months past BBE. Mostly clear gold with big foamy head and roaring carbonation through the middle. Has a doughy aroma with sharp lemon and straw. Taste of grains and straw with a sharp lemon, flora and spice. Quite bitter. Soft mouthfeel, drying. Packs a lot of flavour for the style.

iverside Beer Fest 22. Aroma is dank - malts and basement. Light gold. Thin foamy white head. Medium bitter. A brut like dryness and spice. Underlying hay. Light bodied. Thin if slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry finish. After the aroma didn't do it for me the characterful flava pleased.
