Draught@Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal and mild bready tones. Flavour is floral, some lemongrass, mild spruce. Crisp.

Tap at Brewdog. Sour yogurty lactic character both in aroma and flavour, med-light intensity. A weird element in a pilsner. Fermentation seems to have slided sideways regardless of lacto or no-lacto. Hard to tell exactly because there is some rhubarb-like, herbalish spice added, we can't get to the bottom of what it actually contains. Maybe because it's broken.
