On tap at Põhja Konn, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma exudes plenty of rhubarb upfront, with crisp apple skins, and gentle acidity. Flavour is a little sweet but it’s complex, with intense rhubarb, gentle acidity, and apple skins. The rhubarb adds a wonderful juiciness. This is fantastic.

Draught@TCBW2023. Pale pinkish yellow colour with a tiny head, which goes away quite fast Aroma is rhubarb, some tart apple with mild wooden and some vanilla tones to it as well. Flavour is tart apples, with some apple jam, mild wood, rhubarb and some slight sweetness to it. Refreshing and a nice sipper thanks to a somewhat bold palate.

33cl can (BBF: 20/08/2025) from Etre Gourmet web shop. F: no. C: yellow with pink touch, light hazy. A: a lot of rhubarb, bit apples, white wine. T: medium body, rhubarb, sour apples, bit white wine, dry on the palate, light puckering, funky touch, soft to medium carbonation, very nice, fully enjoyed.

Tart and dry, but has some fruity sweetness. Rhubarb, caramel, a bit of apple. Nice.
