Clear very pale light yellow beer, big aery head with lots of big bubbles, unstable, falls down pretty quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, cow stable, a bit sourish, dirty, grains, hay. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit sourish, very malty, grains, metallic bitterness, hint of citrus. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, a bit grassy, still somewhat of a metallic aluminum aftertaste, meh, don’t really like it.

Couleur pâle, col fin crémeux blanc.
Arôme donne de suite un nez classique du Sorachi, ici des belles effluves d'aneth avec des tonalités d'agrumes. Léger biscuité en retrait.
Palais est frais, plutôt sec avec une base pils bien ficelée. Belles notes d'aneth qui rehausse le côté frais, citronné, note agrumes, fini sec avec un retour malté - grains en fin de bouche.
