330ml bottle. Opalescent, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with small, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally strawy, pale malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, a touch of mirabelle and apricot, light grassy and minimally fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of green pear. Taste is decently bitter hoppy, minimally metallic, minimally yeasty fruity, weak, but for a Kölsch fairly beefy, pale malty basis, a fruity touch of mirabelle and apricot mixed with some citrusy fruity hoppy overtones. Watery texture, slighty dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Has in all aspects a bit more substance and subtleties than your everyday Kölsch - accordingly above average in style but still style subordinated - OK.

Tap at Brewdog Mitte. Straw, a bit citrus in the nose. Medium light soft body. Light straw. Light berry, light citrus. Pleasant bitter finish.
