Bottle, 2021, from where I can't recall, drunk after a trip downtown to select a new puzzle (it ended up being Bobo). Slight haze, light cider color, mild apple nose with non-wild yeast and acidic notes. Flavor is pretty mild, natural, hint of sweetness (fermentation stop before the end?), pretty acidic. Overall a decent brew.

33cl bottle. A clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of fresh juciy apples, some sulfur. Taste of tart juicy apples, sulfur. Easy to drink.

Süß-säuerlicher Apfelbeginn, rund, süffig. Weich, erfrischend, nicht zu süß, rund. Spritzig, natürlich apfelig bleibend, langer Nachhall - gut. 10/9/8/9/10/9

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek', apparently 2020 vintage, best before September 2022. Hazy, pale orangeish amber with a medium large, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish and quite fruity aroma of ripe apple, some wood and a touch of wax. Quite sweet, moderately sour, woody and rather fruity taste of ripe apple, quite some wood and hints of wax, followed by a short, slightly tart, fairly woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Refreshing, quite pleasant cider, hardly sour but nicely woody. Nice surprise!
