Eben einfach mal etwas ganz Spezielles !

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Trocken hefiger, moderat röstiger Beginn. Herb-malzig, insgesamt eher mild, Wenig würzig, Bitternoten, mittellanger Abgang. OK. 11/8/7/7/9/7

04-01-20 // 500ml bottle from mein-biershop.de. Bottom fermented Fakeweizen! Interesting. Was gushing slighlty on opening. Pours very dark brown but clearish. A big beige head. Nose is unpresent. Very rich roasted malts. Röstmaltbier is added. Has a Weizenlike feeling and carbonation. But no wheat malt

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Dark brown in the glass with a steady mighty more than three finger beige head. Mid malty smell. Taste is also malty, mid roasty , some sweetness in the background. Getting a little bit more rough with some bitterness in the second part. Nice stuff.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for this bottle. Smooth soft body. Malty with a grainy full body. Easy to drink. Soft with lots of grain, Highly carbonated, easy to drink with a quite intense roasted bitter body. Very dry, caramel and roasted grain. Nice.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Dark black. Starts fine malty, roasty, yeasty. Light sourish. Light fruity hints of plum. Finish could be a bit more balanced. Okay.

Sehr dunkle Farbe. Deutliche Spuren von Kaffee. Außerdem etwas Kakao und Karamalz. Etwas zuviel Kohlensäure. Weicher wäre dieses Bier besser.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Caramelly aroma with even a hint of roast. Banana, yeast, caramel and roast in the flavor. Ashy milky aftertaste. Drinkable.

500ml Bottle - Brown with red tinges and a small head. Raisins, banana and toffee in the aroma. Brown sugar, banana, grain and toffee feature in the slightly thin taste, at least for a beer of this strength. Not bad but lacking a bit of punch.
