As Perlenbacher Bavarian Helles Beer. 0.5l can. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Light metallical touch. Finish more balanced. Okay.

0,5 l can. Clear dark golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Looks good. Aroma? Not a lot tbh, low gassy grainy. Taste starts smooth grainy, some caramel, on a low level. Increasing metallic bitterness. Mid carbonation.

Slightly tart bready flavour, mostly sweet and mostly clean. Not creamy or cloying, not perfectly crisp either. Minimal bitterness, light dry finish.
