Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from Andover Liquors. Appearance is hazy light yellow with greenish tinge, copious effervescence (like alka seltzer) from some sediment, three-finger width frothy white head with good retention, nice crackle and trace lacing. Aroma is light esters, wheat, yeast, hint of vomit. Taste is as aroma with more noticeable reminiscence to vomit. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, soft carbonation and mix of sweet and acidic, vomitous finish/aftertaste. Overall, the sweetness of the pineapple doesn't make it through and there is an unpleasant yeastiness that evokes vomit.

At the Fishtown location: hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is pineapple and banana and spice. Taste is sweet and fruity. Not bad.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a bright orange gold color with a medium sized creamy white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet artificial pineapple. The flavor was sweet pineapple then yeast and a medicinal presence followed. long finish. Medium. Body. Ok

Hazy golden coloured body with a thick, three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, grass, light hops, earth and the slightest bit of pineapple. Light-bodied; Strong grassy flavour with some subdued herbal flavours, a bit of sweetness from fruit, a little funk from the yeast and a very mellow and earthy flavour, but not much of any one thing. Aftertaste shows some grassy, herbal, lactic and sweet notes with more wheat and pineapple flavours than previously, but nothing horribly strong. Overall, a pretty mild beer with some decent flavours, but nothing too strong or deep. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Gat Beer in [NorthEast] Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 02-July-2016 for US$3,00 sampled at home in Washington on 03-November-2016.

Pours a hazy yellow straw, nose is of pineapple candy, flavor is similar, more sweet than flavorful, no clove or yeastiness that you might get in a hefe. Okay beer.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of tropical fruit, light citrus, herbs. Tastes of tropical fruit, light herbs. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Easy drinking with solid tropical fruit notes.

On tap at Black Squirrel’s NKOTB event, pours a murky gold with some fluffy white head. Lots of pineapple on the nose, some starfruit, estery, mild yeast, a little clove, banana. Flavor has a big juicy note that most hefs lack, pineapple, some asian pear, a little tangerine, mild grist, floral, yeast. Enveloping finish. Good idea.

Draft against some dive bar off Dewey beach. Like the name. Ever heard of before knew nothing of style when ordered. Nose of light fruit and cloves. Tastes of cloves, banana, wheat, lemon, grainy, bubblegum. Slightly watery.
