Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Berliner Weisse-like tartness, subtle hop. Taste: Again Berliner Weisse like acidic tartness, funky notes, minerally, herbal, fruity citrus fruit (orange, lemon), subtle hopbitterness in the background. Just below medium body, average carbonation. Over medium tartness, light bitterness. Very refreshing during a over 35 degrees C hot summer evening.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of yoghurt, lemons, wheat, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, yoghurt, funk, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 21.03.2029) im 2022-10 getrunken. Dieses Ale ist so ein Hybrid aus Sour und IPA wo beide typischen Eigenschaften der Stile sich wunderbar harmonieren. Schöne Citrusaromen, feine Hefe, elegante Säure und ein wohldosierte Hopfenbitterkeit. Ein tolles Ale!
