0.2l bottle, thx Gurthnar! Bit light golden body, no head, almost clear. Bit herbal fermented apple aroma, mildly boozy. Dried out fermented apple taste, bit tart, some warmth, bitter finish. Seriously dried out. Too dried out, the alcohol overtaking the taste sadly. If it wasn't in a fancy little bottle, you'd think it's slightly gentrified tramp cider...

Ver uitvergist, droog, appelsteeltjes. Beetje alcoholisch.

Bottle at the Northener. Clear light golden. Soft funky, light chemical, alcohol, watery. There’s some apple but not much. The smell is decent but the rest is very poor imho, way too far fermented and therefore very rough. More like cidre de distillation.

Pours clear, lighter yellow. Scent is simple, sweet apples but also fairly dry fermented. Not that complex though, due to the variatals (not) used. Taste is dry, tad acidic, not sour though. Simple apples, not bad, but a bit boring. very mild on the skins, even milder on the funk. Meh..
