We add single variety Dabinett apple juice in our vats to give this lovable rogue the perfect amount of zing. That extra little bit of poke makes this a firm favourite of the BumbleBee boys.

24/8/2023. From BIAB at the 31st East Anglian Beer & Cider Festival. Pours hazy very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is semi-sweet apple, light funk. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, very soft carbonation. Dry, fruity, zingy tart finish. Nicely done.

330ml can from Gloucester Services Farmshop. Hazy pale gold colour, short-lived bubbly white head and aroma of apple, juicy, funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, with orchardy funk, leather, and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml can from Gloucester Services farm shop, cracked open at our AirBnB in Dorset. Pours clear gold, juicy sweet apple fruit aroma. Interesting medium dry blend, fairly sweet, clean with no tannin to speak of. Decent overall.
