Tap at Kilder, Digbeth, Birmingham. Clear gold with some light foam. Fruity apple, semi-dry, light leather and orchard funk notes with some caramel but ultimately very sessionable and tasty. Slick body with a fine carbonation.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear pale golden - yellow with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, bit funky, zingy, tangy, crunchy apple, almond, lemon - lime, white grape, gooseberry, sherbet and apple pie. The taste is crispy, firmly dry, sweet - sour, bright, light sourness, juicy, crunchy apple, touch of tannin, apple skin, leather, white grape, lime, melon and dull funk with a drying finale. Medium body and fine / soft carbonation. Quite crunchy and vibrant. Very drinkable.

44cl can from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours amber, fairly transparent, with no foam. Aroma is of apples, nice and funky. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet. Final is fairly dry.

10/3/2023. Draft at Tonic, Worcester. Pours deep golden with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is sweet and tangy sour apples, caramel, baked apple, funky notes. Medium sweetness and moderate tartness. Oily, average carbonation. Very good.
