Dry Sparkling Fine Cider.
Dabinett Pet Nat 2020. At Townsend Farm, James Hall grows a variety of dessert & cider apples. Sat in the heart of Herefordshire, they began exploring fermenting their juice, keen to see how early or late harvest, & low or high hanging fruit, impact the juice & the cider that results.
Expect some classic Dabinett characteristics, savoury & full textured. A great one with some brilliant British cheeses!
Vegan. Gluten Free.

30/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours hazy pale golden copper with minimal head. Aroma is woody, funky, leafy, apple. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with light tartness. Medium body, oily, lightly fizzy. Crisp, dry, tannic finish. Very nice.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, on the allotment. Opened with a pop. Hazy gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, orchardy funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, with some earthy funk and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Very drinkable
