330ml bottle from Raise the Bar. Gusher on opening. Hazy yellow gold colour, big foamy white head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, fruity, some funk. Taste is tangy, fruity, apple, sharp acidic, with farmhouse funk and some sourness. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying finish. Nicely drinkable.
