Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Aarhus. Pours clear dark red no head. Aroma of honey, wood, somewhat spicy, herbal, pepper, juniper, raspberry, citrus, gin, barrel. Flavor is sweet, spicy, honey, red berries, raspberry, spicy, juniper, citrus, alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet spicy and light acidic finish. 220522

Tap @ MBCC 2022. Blue session. Poured light red in color. Honey sweet with light spiciness. Gin is there, giving it a small twist.

MBCC. Hazy deep red without head. Aroma is sweet, honey, raspberry and lemon. Flavor is very sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 130522

Tap. Ruby color with no head. Aroma is raspberries, some gin character, but not too much yet, honey too of course. Taste is strong raspberry and lemon, big tartness, gin barrel character coming through now too. Oily mouthfeel, almost flat. Very interesting, but you need to like it.
