Tastes Like Flowers is a 6.3% ABV Saison made with local roses, yarrow, marigolds, and chamomile. Inspired by the awakening of Spring and the Belgian tradition of adding flowers to a Saison, we worked with the UGArden to source the flowers to add to this beer.

On tap at Derek and Lorma Wedding. Pours cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus and floral. Slick body, orange peel, yeast, wheat, light tartness, very good.

Bottle @MBCC 2022, Red Session. Clear golden, white head. Heavy yeasty aroma, sweaty horse. Yeasty, horsy and peppery flavour, light malty sweetness.

Sample from the bottle at MBCC, Copenhagen. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some tropical fruits...not much saison elements.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is funky flowers, a bit earthy. Taste is grassy, actual grass, flowery, bitter, some barrel funk. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Quite bitter, alright.
