Laitilan Kukko Bitter on suodatettu brittityylinen täysmallasolut, jonka valmistuksessa on käytetty useita englantilaisia mallas- ja humalalajikkeita. Sen maussa on aistittavissa hentoa hedelmäisyyttä ja selkeää maltaisuutta. Kukko Bitterin käymisaste on verrattain korkea, mikä tekee oluesta hieman kuivahkon ja helposti juotavan. Humalointi on tyylille ominaisesti selkeä ja runsas. Tuoksusta löytyykin englantilaisille humalille ominaisia kukkamaisia ja yrttisiä aromeja. Kukko Bitter sopii hyvin seurustelujuomaksi sekä kala- ja itämaisten ruokien kanssa nautittavaksi.

Bottled (From Prisma Vaasa). Deep golden colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is grains, grass, herbs and some mild floral notes. Flavour is grassy, herbal and some mild floral notes along with some slight grainy notes. Not all too pleasant, even though the first hoppy touch was quite pleasant. Bitter as style? Bah. Random ale would be better.

Klar gylden med lett offwhite skum. Aroma korn malt frukt. Smak malt humle grapefrukt. Fyldig, fruktig og lett bitter. Boks kjøpt i Kilpishalli

Smell of starch. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of starch, grass, paper. Very artificial flavour. Bitter. Lively carbon, light body. Big disappointment.

330ml bottle @ Kulttuuritalo, Helsinki. Smooth, slightly grainy and grassy bitter with some herbal notes, hay and earthiness. Decent.

Bottled 330ml (Lidl)
Clear copper color, tiny white head. Harsh malty and fruity aroma. Light-bodied. English hops, sweetish, a bit fruity, malty but harsh. Nice fruity English hops in the aftertaste but otherwise oddly harsh.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Colour is clear dark golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, caramel, some grain and malts. More like golden ale than bitter IMO.

A light copper colour, a head is blond and medium. Aroma has maltyness, only some caramel, also hint of fruitness and wood. Taste has maltyness, some wood, quite nice bitterness. Almost medium bodied. Pure and nice beer.

33cl bottle. The beer pours deep golden, ambery with a thin white head. Clean, sessionable bitter. Some crackers, malt, UK hops. Slightly sweetness in finish, some bitterness. Toffee notes, crackers mostly. Light and clean overall.
