473 ml can. pours bright light gold light head that settles quickly. Aromas of sulphur and salt, earthy lime, ginger and wheaty malts. Flavors of same. Not getting much pineapple. Tart. OK.

Softly cloudy medium gold body and modest foam. Soft limey citrus on the nose, good salt, slightly septic. Taste is tart citrus, with a metallic finish. Île Sauvage should know better than this at the very least.

473mL can, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lacto, some bugs, light ginger and pineapple. Flavour is quite juicy, with lots of tropical pineapple upfront, accentuated by a bit of spicy ginger, light lacto, and some bugs. High carbonation, which is quite fitting. I really like the subtle incorporation of ginger — it goes with the pineapple well. Very good.

Can. Slight haze, not much head. Aroma has a bit of ginger and a lot of pineapple. Tart, with lots of pineapple. It's pretty simple, but it's nice. Good body, refreshing, I'm down.

Poured from 473mL can. Nearly clear yellow with white head. Pineapple and very mild ginger with just a touch of salt. Very drinkable. Hope they make this a regular beer.
