In this Braggot the caramel flavour of the malt blends with the fruity notes of our honey collected during the richest season in terms of nectars; from the abundant blueberry, raspberry, clover and strawberry to the more subtle chicory, alpha-alpha, mustard, fleabane, yarrow, etc.
While the caramel malt is the protagonist of the first sip with its syrupy mouthfeel, the fruity notes of the berries' honey quickly take over. This complexity leaves the palate with a slightly citrusy aftertaste.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours murky orange with a white head. Aroma has brown, lightly toasted malts, some sticky honey. Honey is quite prominent in the flavour, along with some floral notes, light citric tang; malts are a bit more subdued. Fairly light on the palate. Really nice blend of meand and beer flavours.

Draft pour enjoyed at Braggot, North Van. Thick appearance, oily golden orange. Fading head. Flavor is rich, but not over the top. Honey is quick up front, and last to linger on the palate. Smooth taste. Sugary taste, but not too intense. Quite nice.

On tap at Braggot, pours a cloudy bright amber with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out bready malt, a hint of caramel, and honied floral notes. Flavour has a nice honey character, bready malt and light floral. Nice honey character that's mostly attenuated out. Actually quite pleasant.

Amber and hazy. No head. Tart, fruity, barrels and bugs but also a rich floral honey finish. Ok this has some nice layers to it.

On tap Pours an orange copper with no head. Aromas of mashed fruit, berries and honey. Flavors of stone fruit skin, plum, intense honey, and wood. A lttle sour and a little sweet. Neat.

On tap at the braggotery. Good cloudy orange, modest foam that's gone too fast. Nice tangerine on the nose it seems, sweet honey, soft grain. Taste is soft biscuit, sweet apricot, lingering sweetness. Delicate, balanced, enjoyable.
