In this Braggot the bready flavours of the lightly kilned malts complement the floral notes of the honey from cherry blossoms, maple and dandelion flowers.
The first impression is similar to a lager beer with comforting mouthfeel, but shortly after, floral and notes emerge with a vibrancy similar to champagne.

4oz pour at brewery. Pours clear pale yellow with large white head. Aroma has crisp cracker malts and fresh grass. Flavour has crisp malts, grass, delicate floral notes, and a touch of sweetness from the honey. Simple, but very well made.

Draft pour enjoyed at Braggot, North Van. Cloudy golden appearance. Fading head. Ripe fruit nose. Hints of floral character. Flavor is a touch tart, with honey and floral afterthoughts. Long lasting honey palate. Cool finish. Fun and unique style, but a slight afterthought in their ultimately unique and fun taplist.

On tap at Braggot, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued floral honey and bready malt. Flavour is bready malt-oriented, with subtle honey nectar and low residual sweetness. Clean but ultimately forgettable.

Luminous straw colour, all pilsner malt. Thick head. Lots of grains, pale malt, some floral honey notes as well. The ferm isn’t clean though, out of control phenols, but finishing with sweeter honey.

On tap. Pours a dull gold with light head. Aromas of dry honey and toasted malts. Flavors of bitter floral honey and toasted malts but with some vegetal notes

On tap at the meadery (braggotery?). Cloudy yellow and foam disappears too fast. Nice sweet honey aroma, good cracker behind it. Taste is a nice full honey modest sweetness, just a bit of grain. Approachable and well balanced.

Cloudy pale yellow with a rich white head. Touch of lemon and light bready notes. Soft light honey and a touch of bread. Subtle and nice.
