Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear-ish blonde gold with small white head. Nice funk, feint touch of oak, quite nice.

Pale amber, and hazy, with a thin head. Light brett aroma, maybe a bit grainy, lemony. Soft body, light acidity, with a mellow grainy, bretty accent. Juicy finish, with stone fruit accents.

750mL bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of oak, rustic saison yeast, some white wine, and toasted grains. Flavour is complex, with plenty of white wine, oak, rustic saison yeast, and some bugs. There's a thorny, vinous character that really adds a unique complexity here. Excellent.
750ml (thx, Brent L.!)
A: a bit hazy golden with a white head.
A: rustic, some sharp minerals.
T: along the same lines, some tartness and minerals.
M: 3/5
O: it's ok, I wish it would be more complex considering the price tag.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is light funk some lemon zest and oak barrel. Taste is more of the nice light tartness some green apple lemon zest and oak.
Light, fruity, dry. Citrus, florals, dry oak, some minerality. Subtle and not overly complex, fairly tasty.
Stolen a pour from an orphaned bottle. Little bit warm, but still nicely flavourful. Woody, dry, some light acidity and lots of flavour. Light pear, oak, some wine characteristics. Real tasty, nicely restrained and well balanced. As you'd expect.
