An elusive style for us brewers to emulate and craft beer lovers to seek out, German-style helles is a malt-accented lager. We’ve combined Magnum and Motueka hops with German Pilsner and Vienna malts to create a smooth and soft golden lager. Expect subtle breadiness and bitter notes, refreshingly interlaced with pine, herbs and citrus.

Keg at Maltingsfest, Newton Abbot 23/04/2022. Pours light hazed straw yellow with a white cap. Pilsner malt, bread, light citrus, hoppy hints. Light to moderate sweet & light bitter. Light to medium body with soft carbonation.
