Bottle shared at a tasting at Tom's place. Cloudy red. Wonderful jammy raspberry, funk, oak, sour, juicy, a bit acetic. Wonderful.

Djupröd med ett litet rosa skum. Massor av sura hallon i doften. Även smaken handlar helt och hållet om sura hallon. Lite enkelspårigt och lite för surt mig.

75 cl bottle. Pours hazy red, small head. Aroma is sour raspberries. Solid sour to citric. Vague acetone. Raspberry intense. Lingering solid raspberry fruity. Juicy. Spur and dry finish.

On tap at Mikkeller Södermalm. Hazy red with no head. Very sour with raspberries, some oak and hints of vinegar. No carbonation.

[ As Mikkeller Baghaven Rubus of Rose (Blend 3) ].
ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium to dark red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy raspberry, funk, barnyard, yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, raspberry, tart, wheat, barrel, wood, funky, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
