A ripe and juicy sour ale that has the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Crafted with the finest quality barley and wheat malt, we co-ferment with a blend of in-house lactobacillus and ale yeast for a zingy, effervescent, and punchy sour beer base. Aged on a stone-fruit medley of apricots, peaches, and nectarines, the flavours meld perfectly together—so much so it’s hard to tell where one begins and the other ends, for a lush, fizzy treat.

Hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is big peach, and apricot, with not much else....reminds me of peach drink when I was a kid. Mouth feel is thin, carb is light. Finish is semi sweet, with a light tartness, artificial stone fruit flavouring.

On tap. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a small, short lived, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, peach, nectarine, yogurt and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, peach, apricot and floral hops in a dry, sour lacto finish. Light to medium body with a watery to oily texture and lively carbonation. Juicy, delicious and refreshing.

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity peaches with light acidity, Jolly Ranchers, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with loads of peaches, candies, light tartness, pleasant.

Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with small white head. Lots of peach and apricot on the nose. Taste is similar, a bit of lacto, sweet-ish with mild tartness. Slightly subdued yogurty texture. The fruit character is decent, not much depth though.
