1/3 pint from handpump at Ship and Mitre, Liverpool. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells earthy, grassy, bit musty, spices, herbal. Decent smell. Light to medium body, light carbonation. Tastes grassy, peppery, earthy, herbal, hay, tobacco. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of hay, tobacco and earthy notes. Nice one, my first real ale, grows on me, nice.
