Bottle. Dark amber color. Malt, dried fruit and herbal notes (probably the rosemary) in the aroma. Slightly perfumed. Malty sweet herbal and perfumed flavor. Dried red fruit. Too perfumed for my taste.

At ACBF 2011. Bizarre, sour, salt, rosemary. too much herb for me. Pretty much too herby for a beer in my opinion.

37.5cl, bb 04/2012.

Kurz alkoholisch. Gut, erstaunlich harmonisch. 12/12/10/11//11

On tap at Braustelle. Amber with a lasting off-white head. Perfumed herbal, floral and fruity aroma, quite complex. Sweetish fruity flavour. Some exotic fruit, herbal and malty notes.

Bottle from Braustelle, Köln
Dark brown color, cloudy, with a generous creamy head. The aroma is mild, but the rosemary wins over the rest; bogmyrtle too. Sweetish mouthfeel, some malt and caramel flavor, some residual sweetness, with moderate rosemary; correct bitterness. Light liquorice too, in the end.
It’s not badly brewed, but I’ll never be a big fan of (traditional) herbs beers.
