Probably the last beer of this brewery, brewed by Johan because it's up for sale. He made a Dark/Red beer aged in barrels. It's kind of oerbier special reserva-ish/style. Dark roasted notes, a little bit of sweetness (candy sugar) but a Sour oakiness are making the beer/taking the lead.

Clear light brown beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: yeast, banana, caramel, yeasty, dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, oxidized, caramel, yeasty, alcohol, fruity. Aftertaste: red wine tannins, gentle roast, a little bitter.

33cl bottle at Belgian Beergeeks/Brewver summer tasting at Tim's house. Thanks Siegfried. BB end/2025, bottled 09/2021.
Cuivre, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur une base belge assez marquée, fruité en rétro-nasal, caramel, grillé avec ce bouquet de sucre caramélisé.
Palais sur une base classique belge, sucre de canne, amertume houblonné noble belge avec une petite pointe épicée en fin de bouche, sec, caramel et grillé qui reviennent en retrait.
