Only available for limited amount of time on tap. It’s a flanders red style sour beer, aged for 1 year in red wine barrels (Refošk mostly), with light acetic bite, soft medium lactic acid sourness, fruity esters, oak tannins, hints of leather funk and a caramel backbone, smooth and easy to drink
Pivo sodi v still flandrijskega rdečega, klasičnega belgijskega kislega piva. 1 leto se je staralo v vinskih sodih Refoška; začne se z aromo po češnjah, jabolkih, slivah, gre preko karamele v usnjeni funk z nežno srednjo kislostjo mlečne kisline in trpkostjo ocetne kisline ter nekaj vinskega karakterja.

Bottled. Reddish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, wooden, some bready, grainy and herbal tones. Flavour is floral, wooden, bready and some mild grainy tones.

ABV: 6.7%. Clear medium red - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, wood, grapes, wine - red wine, barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average duration, red wine, wood, barrel, vinous, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich berries, fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Nice fruity berry finish.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear amber red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red fruit, red wine and wood. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic.

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with Patrick & Bozo. Aroma is vinous, ripe fruity, woody, leathery and funky. Pours clear mahogany color with thin creamy tan-light head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts tart vinous, dried fruity and nutty, following is caramelly and woody, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate.
