Drucken på flaska på Zumen. Blåbär, björnbär och druvor dominerar smakbilden. Stor kropp, distinkt men mjuk välavvägd syra och likaså strama men jag harmoniska tanniner. Stora smaker och stor upplevelse

Bottle at the brewery. Pours clear, deep red with a small, foamy pink head. Lightly sweet with lovely fresh berry and red grape character, fairly peppery, relaxed acidity, quite dry. Light to medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Decently tart, quenching finish, a little herbal note, grass, grape skins, berries. Delicious, great depth.
