Appearance: Hazy pale yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Apples, yeast, funk.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Apples, yeast, funk.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Very effervescent liquid, clear pale golden coloured. Ureum, apples, nectarines, lemon, kafir limepeel. Lemony, lemonblossom, Lindenblossom; very fine aromas, fines herbes. Delicate flavourprofile. Finish presents a light acidity. Bit dry, giving a film on the mucoses. Feels light for its claimed 7% ABV. Delicate, floral drink, I would name it "more than just cider". Good work, Matthieu!

At BXL. Clear light golden. Dry funky apples, light sour, soft pear. Crispy, mineral and funk, could maybe use some tannins.

Taster from bottle at Night Shop, Brussels. Yellow hazy color, no head. Smells apple, spices, peppery, funky, very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of apples, spices, grassy, peppery, herbal. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, grass and spices. Very nice ice
