Bottle, 375ml, at Patricks. An unclear golden colored beer with a dense, minimalistic white head leaving lacing. Fruity aroma with gooseberry, flowers and some pale malts. Funk. It's medium bodied and tart on the palate, some vinegar notes kicking in. Softly carbonated. Cellar hints, lemon, gooseberry and a good flowery flavor. Lasting finish. Quite delicious this one. 240223

Patricks 230224. Golden color with no head.Aroma is vinous, fruit, floral, elderflower, gooseberries. Flavor is funk, vinous, fruit, floral, elderflower, gooseberries, wood. Very nice beer.

Shared bottle @ Patricks. Quite clear golden body without any head. Nice aroma, fruity, floral, mild acid and gooseberry. Taste is smooth sour, mild acidic gooseberry, wood and slightly funky. Fine body with pleasant aftertaste. Nice one.

At BXL. Almost clear deep golden. Elderflower op front, spicy, soft grainy, there’s some sour funk too . Lovely elderflower here.

Taster at BXLBeerfest. Yellow hazy color, small white head. smells intense elder flower, earthy, nettle, herbal. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. tastes elder flower, nettle, herbal, peppery, grassy, earthy, light sugary. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, earthy and elder flower notes. rather intense elder flower notes, but I very much like it!
