Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries.
For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity.
We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.

Pours a beautiful deep purple colour and a small pinkish head that quickly disappears. Aroma's: sour, sour berries, woody, light funky. Retronasal: fruity, sour, honey-ish, light funk. Flavour is sour, tart, dry, berry skin. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, tart, even a little bitterness.

Rojiza oscuro con espuma de color rosácea. Aroma con predominio de frutos rojos, madera y ligeramente cítricos. Sabor con acidez pronunciada, nota a cerezas, bayas. Final muy avinagrado en donde las notas a frutos rojos apenas se perciben.
