The Art of Holding Space is a crushable 3% ABV table beer. Yeast profile is center stage with a light apricot fruitiness intermingled with notes of hay and white pepper. The beer is medium in body thanks to a hefty dose of oats and spelt, has a zippy lemon-like acidity, and carries a crisp noble bitterness in the finish.

Draught at Sovereign DC: pours clear gold with fluffy white head. Aroma is super aromatic, floral, spicy, some fruitiness. Good bouquet. Taste is pretty light. Sweet. Lightly sweet. Not acidic at all. Quality.

Bottle at SP Invitational. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is nice floral, lemon zest, funk. Thin body, citrus, oak, light funk, crushable, enjoyed this.

On tap at Half Acre. Pours a clear dull straw gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dry white grape and light lemon with flora and a bit of grain underlying. Flavor has light fruits and dry white wine with some flora and light funk on the finish.
