A. Le Coq Classic kvass is an honest, traditionally fermented kvass, which tastes exactly like kvass should taste. It has a pleasant bread flavour and is not too sweet. It has a nice head of foam and it is an excellent thirst quencher. This kvass has the true unspoilt taste of childhood – it’s a pure classic.

Bottle from Mart: pours clear mahogany color with barely any head. Aroma is raisin and pumpernickel. Sweetish, fruity. Nice.

Bottle, courtesy of martjoobolut. Pours dark brown. Raisins, sweet raisins, pumpernickel, prunes, toasted rye. Medium body. Pretty solid.

Plastic bottle from Tbone, thanks! Dark brown color, no head. Rye bread in the aroma and flavor. Sweet, hint of pipe tobacco. Sticky aftertaste. Drinkable.

Smell- weak bread, malt Foam- medium, brown appearance- clear dark brown Taste-malt, bread, low sweetness, nice kvass.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks very simple like a cheap beer from the supermarket. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Malty aroma. Starts very malty, bready, mild sweetish. Caramel notes. Finish well balanced, mild, soft-malty. Not bad.

50cl plastic bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet breadish malt, sugar, melasse. Taste of sweet breadish malt, sugar, melasse.

Nice fresh malty beginning. Slightly sourish, deep, malty with sourish malt in the end. Nice.
