Bottle from Cactus Remich, Luxembourg. Pours hazy pale gold with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of wheat, hop, fruit, grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Light body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Draft at Go Ten Cafe, Luxembourg. Hazy pale gold with a creamy persistent white head. Aroma of light malt, grass, mild spice. Taste is light malt, banana notes, yeast, spice, fruit. More bland than the average hefeweizen.

Slightly hazy straw golden colour, tall frothy white head, recedes slowly, good lacing. Light sourish nose, aroma wheat, yeast, lemon, light cloves. Flavour medium sweet and light bitter, light malty, fruity, yeasty, spicy notes (cloves, pepper). Mild sweetbitter aftertaste with a light sourish touch, bit metallic. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, pleasant and refreshing.

Bottle 0,33l. Hazy, yellow colored. AROMA- lightly sweet, apples, vanilla, touch of banana. FLAVOR- a bit sour, slightly sweet, lightly bitter, fruit, apples, cloves, touch of citrus. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Pours straw with whiteish head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is fruity, banana, citrus, wheat. Flavor is sweet, fruits, citrus, wheat, orange. Overall: surprisingly good.

330ml bottle @ 12th Shrewsbury Bottle Share, April 15, courtesy of blackhaddock. Pours hazy yellow with bubbly white head. Light hefe aroma. Ok first gulp with soft banana esters and pronounced yeastiness, but soon peters out to a fairly average hefe taste finishing a little disappointing.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest yeasty-malty, fruity like peaches, some sweetish notes. Well balanced finish, still mild. Not bad!

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes dunkelgoldenes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack hefig, würzig, fruchtig.

Very pale and cloudy in the glass. The smell is not Weizen-typical A bit sour. The beer starts highly carbonated. The typical Weizen-yeast with clove and banana is a bit in the background, but becomes more noticeable to the end. Slightly sweet that gets sweeter in the end. Slighly bitter and dry on the tongue.
